• Orders are processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

• Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/Email.

2. Shipping Timeline

• Standard delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

• Remote or rural areas may take a little longer.

• Delays caused by courier services, strikes, weather, or unforeseen events are beyond our control.

3. Shipping Charges

• Free shipping may be available on orders above a certain value (mentioned at checkout).

• For smaller orders, a nominal delivery fee will be applied based on your location.

4. Delivery Area

• We currently deliver across India.

• Some PIN codes may not be serviceable. In such cases, our team will inform you and initiate a refund if payment has been made.

5. Failed Deliveries

• If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability of the customer, re-delivery charges may apply.

6. International Shipping

• At present, we do not offer international shipping.
